Hailing from Colorado, Kit Matthews seeks to redefine how people engage with technology, art, and the community around them.
For the past five years they have explored media creation with an interdisciplinary approach, specializing in branding, live visual performance, projection mapping, virtual and augmented reality, and interactive installation. Using digital and node based softwares as her primary medium they hope to blur the line between the real and what can be imagined in order to create an elevated sense of reality through a multi-faceted array of media practices. She employs many different techniques ranging from programming, animation, engineering, experience design and a multitude of other media production methodologies in order to achieve this sense of elevated reality.
